Healthy brownie recipe without egg.

  • Ingredients
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt


    1. Stir together wheat flour, cocoa, coffee, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt; add oil, curd, milk and vanilla essence to the mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in nuts, if desired.
    2. Grease microwave pan.
    3. Spread batter evenly in greasing pan.
    4. Microwave it for 7-9 mins. Let cool for 30 minutes and serve.
    5. Tip: Serve hot brownie with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.
