Ingredients
- Half Kg Cottage cheese or paneer
- 4 Big mashed boiled potatoes
- 2 Cups Of Besan
- 2 chopped green chillies
- 1 cup of chopped coriander leaves
- Half teaspoon of red chiili powder
- Half teaspoon of garam masala
- A pich of Turmeric Powder
- A pinch of asafoetida
- Olive Oil To Cook
- Salt to Taste
Method
- STEP 1Take cottage cheese and slice it
- STEP 2Then in a bowl take boiled potatoes,green chillies,chopped green coriander leaves,all spices and mix them well
- STEP 3Then in another bowl take besan and add water along with Little salt and kasuri methi make smooth batter
- STEP 4Then put a wok over the flame pour oil in it and heat it,then stuff paneer slices with aloo mixture and dip them into besan batter and then deep fry them
- STEP 5And serve it hot with green chutney
