Ingredients

  • Half Kg Cottage cheese or paneer
  • 4 Big mashed boiled potatoes
  • 2 Cups Of Besan
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 1 cup of chopped coriander leaves
  • Half teaspoon of red chiili powder
  • Half teaspoon of garam masala
  • A pich of Turmeric Powder
  • A pinch of asafoetida
  • Olive Oil To Cook
  • Salt to Taste

Method

  • STEP 1
    Take cottage cheese and slice it
  • STEP 2
    Then in a bowl take boiled potatoes,green chillies,chopped green coriander leaves,all spices and mix them well
  • STEP 3
    Then in another bowl take besan and add water along with Little salt and kasuri methi make smooth batter
  • STEP 4
    Then put a wok over the flame pour oil in it and heat it,then stuff paneer slices with aloo mixture and dip them into besan batter and then deep fry them
  • STEP 5
    And serve it hot with green chutney
