Method

  1. Whizz the berries, yogurt and milk together with a stick blender until smooth. Stir through the porridge oats, then pour into 4 glasses and serve with a drizzle of honey, if you like.

Great smoothie reciepe! Made this for the first time for my breakfast this week and apart from adding an extra 200 mls milk as was very think, this is so great, healthy and filling. I used a bag of mixed fruits but will try other fruit combinations next time. Def worth a try

Felt this was an ok recipe but for me it was a bit too thick. It reminded me much more of yogurt than it would do of a smoothie. Maybe next time I'll add less yogurt.

Is lovely and really thick, didn't add the oats this time though.
Don't try it in a smoothie maker like I did, there isn't enough liquid.

This was lovely I did very well in my caslte challenge project by making this I didnt add porridge oats and I added vanilla ice cream

absolutely, gorgeosly lovely, sweet enough without being sharp, i would advise passing through a seive to get rid of the seeds unless you like extremely bitty smoothie!

Only had tinned pineapple, so used that. It was delish! Can't wait to try the official version when I get some frozen berries.

This is very quick and very easy to make and more importantly is super tasty! Following thepost on Facebook I nipped to the local supermarket for frozen berries and yoghurt. It's yummy and nice and thick so I hope it will be filling, it seems it already!! Thinking of introducing this to my breakfast in a morning. Thanks again Good Food, for an amazing recipe.
