Ingredients

  • 2 X Livesey Bros Enoki Packs
  • 10 Slices Prosciutto (168g approx)
  • 1 Bunch Spring Onions
  • Serve with a dressing of Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice, Sesame Oil and Pepper.

Method

  • STEP 1
    Cut the base off the Enoki, and separate each pack into 10 bundles to make 20 bundles in total
  • STEP 2
    Slice the spring onions into thin strands and make 20 bundles
  • STEP 3
    Spread the ham and cut each slice in half to make 20 slices
  • STEP 4
    Top each slice of ham with a bundle of Enoki and a bundle of spring onion and secure each parcel with a cocktail stick and place on a greased baking tray
  • STEP 5
    Bake in the oven at 180C for 10-15 minutes and serve with the dip
