Method

  1. Sieve Icing Sugar
  2. put the egg whites into a clean grease free bowl.
  3. Beat the egg whites whilst adding the icing sugar a little at a time, until it becomes a thick creamy consistancy and standing peaks.
  4. add glycerine and beat in.
  5. spread over cake and use knife to lift peaks.
