Ingredients

  • 300g pasta
  • 90g pesto
  • 2 tomatoes
  • parmazan
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

  • STEP 1
    Boil the pasta according to the package.
  • STEP 2
    Cut the tomatoes in small squares.
  • STEP 3
    When the pasta is done drain the water and place back into the pan. Add some olive oil, salt, pepper and mix in the pesto.
  • STEP 4
    Place pasta on plates and top off with the fresh (cold) tomatoes. Add some pepper and grate the parmazan on top.
