10 minutes to cool
- Preheat the oven to 180c
- In a big bowl mix the butter and sugar so it is creamy
- Add and mix the milk
- Sieve the flour and then mix
- Add the eggs and mix
- Put the mixture in 12 paper cases and place in oven and cook for 15 to 20 minute
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Buttercream icing 1. Beat together 150g butter and 250g sugar with an electric beater.
- Once well combined, add the 1tsp vanilla and 2tsp water. Beat until smooth and creamy.
