  • 250g Feta (crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives (pitted and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup semi-dried tomatoes in oil (drained and chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • Small handful of basil (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Black Pepper, pinch

To serve: Celery and Tortilla Crisps

  • STEP 1
    Mix everything together. I served with Tortilla Crisps and Celery Sticks
