Ingredients
- 250g Feta (crumbled)
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives (pitted and chopped)
- 1/2 cup semi-dried tomatoes in oil (drained and chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- Small handful of basil (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Black Pepper, pinch
To serve: Celery and Tortilla Crisps
