Ingredients

  • 1 x 200g tin of tuna, drained
  • 200g can chopped tomatoes
  • 50g black olives, pitted
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100g dried linguine

Method

  • STEP 1
    Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
  • STEP 2
    Meanwhile, heat the oil in a saucepan. Slice the olives and add to the pan.
  • STEP 3
    Add the chopped tomatoes and oregano. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • STEP 4
    Break the tuna into the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5
    Drain the pasta and stir into the sauce.
