
White chocolate martini

Ingredients
- 20g white chocolate, coarsely grated
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
- 25ml crème de cacao (or use regular – the white version results in a paler cocktail)
- 25ml double cream
- ¼ tsp vanilla bean paste
- 50ml vodka
- ice
Method
- STEP 1
Tip the grated chocolate onto a plate. Brush the rim of a martini glass with a little maple syrup or honey, then dip into the chocolate to coat. Chill the glass until needed.
- STEP 2
Pour the crème de cacao, cream, vanilla and vodka into a cocktail shaker and add a handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels ice-cold. Strain the drink into the prepared glass to serve.
