Spiced clementine mulled whisky

Ingredients
- 600ml ginger beer
- 150ml clementine juice, plus clementine slices to garnish
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 5 cloves
- pinch of allspice
- 200ml Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch Whisky
Method
- STEP 1
Tip the ginger beer, clementine juice, honey, cinnamon sticks, cloves and allspice into a saucepan, and bring to a simmer over a low heat. Cook for 5 mins to warm through.
- STEP 2
Remove from the heat and stir in the Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch Whisky. Divide between four heatproof glasses or mugs, drop in a few clementine slices and serve.
