  • 25ml sherry blend (1 part fino sherry, 2 parts orloroso sherry and 2 parts sherry, we used Pedro Ximénez)
  • 25ml Campari
  • 25ml sweet vermouth
  • ice

For the garnish

  • small piece of orange zest

One of the best-known citrus fruits, oranges aren't necessarily orange - some varieties are…

  1. Fill a mixing glass or jug with ice, then pour in the sherry blend, Campari and vermouth, and stir well.

  2. Fill a rocks glass or tumbler with fresh ice, then strain the cocktail into your prepared glass. Garnish with a piece of orange zest. For an extra flourish, cut the zest into a circle with a small cookie cutter or scissors before adding to the drink.
