This healthy snack is perfect for combating the 4 o'clock slump
- low-fat soft cheese
- snipped chives
- a few cornichons
- wholewheat biscuits or crackers
- STEP 1
Dollop low-fat soft cheese, snipped chives and a few cornichons into a tub. Eat with wholewheat crackers.
SPICY SEED & NUT CLUSTERS
Beat 1 egg white until foamy. Stir in 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp mild chilli powder and pepper and 250g nuts and seeds. Spread over a tray; bake for 30 mins (stir now and then) at 150C/130C fan/gas 3.
Drizzle ½ avocado with 1 tsp dressing and 1 tsp of poppy or sesame seeds. Scoop out the flesh with a teaspoon.
