Blueberry Bircher pots

Avoid the lure of the muffin and latte. These snacks help beat off the mid-morning munchies
- STEP 1
Grate 1 small apple and mix with 2 tbsp whole oats and 2 tbsp low-fat natural yogurt. Layer in a pot with some blueberries.
TROPICAL TRAIL MIX
At the start of the week, chop up 140g dried mango and mix with a small handful Brazil nuts, a small handful macadamia nuts, and 50g 70% chocolate chunks or chips. Bag up and nibble on as needed.
