  • 1 shot of cold espresso coffee or 30ml/1fl oz strong black coffee
  • 200ml full-fat milk

One of the most widely used ingredients, milk is often referred to as a 'complete' food…

  • 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 small brownie or chocolate chip cookie

  1. Pour the espresso or strong coffee and milk into a blender. Add 2 scoops of ice cream and the ice cubes, then blitz until it is the consistency of a smoothie. Pour straight into a tall glass, top with the last scoop of ice cream and crumble over the brownie or cookie to finish.

I would possibly add a few crushed chocolate cream biscuits (like Oreo) to it OR drizzle with some Dulce de Leche before serving. OMW! Cannot wait to try this out!

Oh indulgence! These are very refreshing when chilled, quick aswell. They're just as great without all the topping, and notably easier to drink :)
