Ingredients

  • sachet of Japanese miso soup
  • dash of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp diced silken tofu
  • a good sprig of watercress

Method

  • STEP 1

    Dissolve a sachet of Japanese miso soup mix in a bowl with boiling water.

  • STEP 2

    Add a dash soy sauce, diced silken tofu and a good sprig of watercress.
