Ingredients

  • handful of ice
  • 50ml Campari
  • 90ml dry prosecco
  • 15ml sparkling water
  • orange peel twist, to garnish

Method

  • STEP 1

    Fill a tumbler with ice, then pour over the liqueur and prosecco.

  • STEP 2

    Top up with sparkling water and stir, then drop in the orange peel twist to garnish.
