Ingredients

  • handful of ice
  • 50ml rose-flavoured gin
  • 35ml lychee liqueur
  • sparkling water, for topping up

Method

  • STEP 1

    Fill a highball glass with ice.

  • STEP 2

    Pour over the gin and lychee liqueur, then top up with sparkling water.
