  • 200g blanched almonds
  • 200g unsalted cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp honey

Honey is made by bees from the nectar they collect from flowers. Viscous and fragrant, it's…

  • ½ tsp sea salt flakes
  • 2-3 tsp groundnut oil

  1. Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Tip the nuts onto a large baking tray, place in the oven and roast for 10 mins, stirring now and then to ensure they don’t catch at the edges. When golden brown, remove from the oven and leave to cool completely.

  2. Tip the nuts into a food processor, add the honey and salt. Blend for 8-9 mins, until you’re left with a smooth nut butter, if you want to loosen the consistency, add a drizzle of oil and blend again.

Thanks for your question. We'd recommend putting it back in the food processor, pulsing the mixture, with the addition of a drizzle more oil.
