We make these regularly at home and add sun dried tomatoes with soft goats cheese and black olives, gorgeous! The kids substitute toppings with whatever they fancy and they're a super quick mid week treat.

Gorgeous! My daughter and I just made these for lunch with ham sweetcorn and peppers. We also put them in a hot oven for 10 minutes for perfect results! :)

Made this for my girlfriend as a starter and didn't think it was too bad. Next time I will do it with peppers and red onion maybe some other additional ingredients.

My boys loved adding the topping to these themselves and found it rewarding and fun eating their own creations. We made a gluten free one for Daddy too, using a gluten free pitta. We used chorizo on top and they we truly delicious. Will definitely make these again!
