Sally Butcher is the proud owner of Peckham's Persian deli, Persepolis Persian Deli ( She has also authored several cookbooks, including Veggiestan, Snackistan, Persepolis and Salmagundi. Sally's first book, Persia in Peckham, was shortlisted for the 2008 Andre Simon Award and was selected as the Sunday Times' cookbook of the year.
