Cai Ross

Cai Ross is a seasoned writer who has contributed to publications such as HeyUGuys, BBC Good Food, Cinema Retro, SCREAM Magazine and North Wales Mag. Cai has been co-owner and manager at Paysanne, a country-style restaurant in Deganwy, Wales, since 2003. The restaurant was first opened in 1988 by Cai’s parents, Bob & Barbara Ross.
