  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 140g bag spinach, watercress and rocket
  • 2 tbsp toasted flaked almonds
  • 50g raisins

Method

Whisk together the vinegar and olive oil with a little seasoning. Toss through the salad leaves along with the almonds and raisins. Serve immediately.
