Ten minute stir-fry

Grill a fillet of fish or chicken and serve with this crispy, superhealthy side

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok, then fry the chilli and garlic for 1 min.
  2. Add the veg and toss to coat in the oil. Fry for 2-3 mins, then add the soy and chilli sauce, mixing well. Cook for 2-3 mins more until the veg are tender.

    I added more garlic and chillies. Looks like there are onions in the picture, but not mentioned in the recipe. More veggie stir fries and a greater range of cuisines (including Thai, Vietnamese, etc) please!

    This is a great stir fry - we used Pak Choi/Broccoli/Mange Tout/Baby corn/red onion. Really delicious with Duck breast in plum sauce. Thoroughly recommend.
