Really enjoyed this recipe. Took all of 10 minutes to make and it was really delicious. I'm not a fan of spicy food so the sweet chilli was perfect for me.

Tried this recipe last night, added a fresh chillie because we like spicey food, it was great and so easy, very filling also

This is the first recipe i have used from this site and it worked very well, it was a very easy dish to make yet full of flavour and not at all bland as some people may think noodles are. Instead of fresh root ginger i used half a tablespoon of ginger powder which still tasted wonderful.

Overall a great success!

Great easy recipe! Very filling, use whatever veggies you have in your fridge, you can also add meat or prawns too. Tasty for lunch cold the next day.

I added the extra red chillie which was grown in my garden, and thoroughly enjoyed the dish.
