I didnt have any fruit in so i made quite a strong squash (blackcurrant&apple)then tipped in a mould ,put them on a plate then slid them in the freezer for about 30 mins at the most! Amazing result, even just for a quick snack or something refreshing!

This is a good idea, I used strawberries and blueberries which were ripe, I blended them & put into ice cube trays. It means they are ready to use making for a quick & simple breakfast.
I made it up with 200ml milk, oats and a banana (frozen, which I had already sliced). Blended with three of the cubes, it was delicious & something I regulary have for breakfast. It's very creamy, filling, quick & simple :-)
