Nice way to use up leftover beans. I mixed the spiced beans with the cheese and served with a jacket potato instead of wedges. Next time i'll scoop out the potato, mash it then mix with the beans and sprinkle some cheddar cheese over the top to a stronger flavour.

Very good, used mixed beans already in spicy sauce but added extra spice anyway. I used both chilli powder and paprika because I like my spice. I prefer my wedges crunchy (oven cooked) and these were a little soft, but very good for a fast and tasty snack. Yum!
