It's great, really quick and easy! Half the recipe would do for one person as a main meal. Absolutely delicious and so easy to make. I used mozzarella instead of halloumi and it worked well.

Lovely - tasty, simple and quick. I made a simple bulgar wheat salad to serve alongside.

You do have to handle the cheese carefully to avoid it splitting, but this was a very quick and fresh tasting recipe. I grilled, then served the skewers over couscous dressed with lemon and garlic for a simple midweek meal. I'm planning to try them on the BBQ tonight.

We made these for a family BBQ. They were quite tasty but most of the cheese crumbled and broke when we tried to put it on the skewer. We cut the cheese according to the picture - maybe thicker cubes would help! Don't think we would make again too fiddly!
