Lovely mix of flavours - spinach, walnuts and blue cheese seem made for each other. The second time I made it I cheated and bought an excellent ready-made creamy blue cheese dressing. It tasted pretty much just as good, I'm glad to say!

A really tasty salad despite so few ingredients.
