  1. Lightly butter a 1-litre microwavable gratin dish or a 20cm microwave cake dish. Beat together the butter, sugar, flour, eggs and milk with an electric hand whisk for 2-3 mins, until light and fluffy.

  2. Fold through the white chocolate and most of the berries, pour into the dish, then microwave on High for 10-12 mins, until set and dry on top. Leave to stand for 5 mins, before dusting with icing sugar and serving with the reserved berries and custard.

Gorgeous easy pud! Used fresh raspberries, blackberries and chunks of white chocolate. It took longer in the oven than stated, would put the oven up to 180 next time. Yummy with custard.

Brilliant quick pudding, we all loved it. Served with cream as we happened to have some open. Reminded me of the puddings in tins we used to have as a kid, but much nicer!

I made this tonight because I wanted a nice warm but quick dessert. It was really nice, the sponge was lovely and light I agree that custard was the best accompaniment with it.

This is definately a family favourite and it is so quick to make. I usually roughly chop the white chocolate from a bar to get bigger chunks.

Very quick to make. The sponge has an off putting green tinge when cooked, but this was covered fairly well by icing sugar. We found the extra fruit to place on top of the sponge was too cold and not defrosted in the time the pudding cooked. Custard was an excellent accompaniment.

I made this pudding with M & S Fruit Compote - about 200gms - and it turned out brilliantly. Very easy pud and very tasty. Thank you
