Without a doubt my favourite cheap eat from BBC good food! Its so quick and simple to prepare but the favours from the seasoning really do make this dish so great. I used Schwartz all purpose cajun seasoning with a little but more lime and cooked it for an hour *till the chips started to crisp. The end result was a great take on a classic chicken dinner and I would recommend to anybody!
