I adapted this for what I had in the fridge and it made an easy and tasty light supper, but it’s not really a salad! I used red onion instead of shallots, a mix of tenderstem broccoli, fine beans and sugar snap peas, and s squirt of sweet chill sauce as well as the soy sauce but no fresh chilliest. I will do this recipe again.

I had this last night with the kids, but gave them rice with theirs. Easy and tasty, added more olives though as the kids love them, and also some fine green beans

just had this for lunch, amazingly tasty, and very easy to do. Will definitely do again, and will try with sweet chili sauce next time as that sounds good.

Made this thinking it would be quite simple and bland, but it was really yummy! Omitted the olives though, as not keen on them. A great healthy summer supper.

Made this according to the recipe but without olives and using a reduced salt soy sauce.. Loved it! It was full of flavour and my partner (who is quite fussy) loved it too! Definitely a new favourite for us, thanks!

Nice recipe. Sauted onion, chilli and garlic with the chicken. Then mixed together with broccoli, etc... Instead of soy used sweet chilli sauce... Just had it on its own... Filling and tasty. Will do again. 5 stars... New app and tablet not ideal for " rate the recipe" - no stars appearing. :-)

Being on a low carb diet at the moment, I am always looking for new and exciting recipes that are healthy yet filling. This is one of those recipes! It tastes wonderfully rich with the garlic, onions and chilli. Like a simple chicken chow mein but without all the calorific noodles and sticky sauce.

Great recipe for weekday. Very tasty and easy to cook. I used grilled turkey breast instead of chicken and white onions instead of shallots. To reduce the chance of being too salty I didn't seasoned the brocoli and added reduced salt soy sauce. I usually don't like broccoli but in this recipe it tasted like soy sauce, garlic and chilli. I loved it!

Easy, cheap, and tasty. I did it with a jacket spud, it worked better than I thought!
