Was really easy to make but I thought the chilli flakes didn't stick to the popcorn very easily so might try it again with a little oil to help the spices stick. Good flavour though, would recommend.

1st time i have made popcorn properly, and was very impressed. have made this again, but used salt and pepper instead, which we preferred. will definitely be making this again. i used 2 tsp of sunflower oil with 100g kernels, kept shaking the lid as it heated on a medium heat to stop them from burning - perfect!
