Great way to serve cabbage. Use flaked almonds

This recipe just does not work - don't bother. Whole almonds are just wrong. By the time they are vaguely browned the garlic and rosemary are burned. When served, all the almonds fall to the bottom - they add nothing to the savoy cabbage. It might just work with flaked almonds?

The idea with almonds with cabbage - along with the garlic - is certainly good. But the cabbage - well, I tried savoy cabbage for the second time today, and there will definitely not be a third time. It has a texture like parchment, and tastes like that too, I suppose. Very unpleasant. Never more!
