Ingredients
- 6 slices Parma ham
- 1 peach, halved and stoned
- 25g chunk parmesan
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- few chervil sprigs, to serve
Method
- STEP 1
Arrange 3 slices of the ham on each plate. Slice each peach half into 6 wedges, then scatter these over the ham.
- STEP 2
Shave Parmesan over both plates, then drizzle with a little oil. Scatter with cracked black pepper and chervil, then serve.
