Buttered brussels sprouts
Make these brussels in the air fryer with lemon and butter for an easy festive side. Enjoy with traditional turkey and Christmas sides

Heat the air fryer to 180C. Put the carrots in a bowl, drizzle over the oil and season well. Toss to coat, then tip into the air fryer and spread out evenly. Roast for 25-30 mins until the carrots are tender when pierced with a knife and starting to turn golden.
Whisk the maple syrup, thyme and vinegar together in a small bowl, then season. Drizzle over the carrots and mix to coat. Roast for another 5-10 mins until sticky and glazed.
