Creamy garlic pasta
- 200g bulgur wheat
- 175g frozen peas
For the dressing
- 6 tbsp garlicoil
- juice 1 lemon
- handful of herbssuch as (mint, parsley, chives), roughly chopped

Method
step 1
Cook the bulgur wheat in boiling salted water for 15 mins or until tender, adding the peas for the final 3 mins of cooking.
step 2
Make the dressing by combining the oil, lemon juice and seasoning. Stir the herbs through the drained bulgur wheat and peas with the dressing.

Love this combo of ingredients; a little too much oil for my taste but that's easily rectified. A really great side dish.
