I only had a tiny bit of cheddar in the house, so I used Parmesan and it was still nice

I’d probably add more cheese next time! However, nice recipe, kids had seconds and I rather enjoyed it, I even ate my broccoli :-)

If a recipe says add seasoning generally they are referring to salt and pepper unless stated otherwise.

I’d say just salt & pepper, however much you prefer.

Perfect! Followed the recipe exactly, very easy and quick and it was yummy, proper comfort food. Second time I added a few teaspoons of green pesto and some cooked Quorn chicken to the dish at the end, which gave it a very luxurious twist, Will make again

A tasty, quick and easy supper. I added some button mushrooms cooked in the butter before making the cheese sauce, steamed the broccoli on top of the pasta, and added some blue cheese left over from Christmas, then I popped the whole thing in the oven on 200C for 15 mins. Yum!

Thanks for your question. Yes, you can refrigerate leftovers and reheat them in the microwave. The golden topping will soften but it'll still taste great.
