Method

  1. Cut the carrot and pineapple into chunks and put in the juicer along with the clementines and ginger. Juice following the instructions for your machine. Pour into a large glass and serve.

Hi Rahuk@0907 thanks for your question. A clementine is a small, sweet orange citrus fruit, similar to a mandarin or tangerine. Please see our glossary entry for more information http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/glossary/clementine hope this helps. For this recipe, if you can't get hold of clementines you could make it with 1 large orange or 2 small ones instead.
