  • 4 tsp mango chutney
  • 8 slices smoked back bacon, grilled or fried

Bacon is pork that has been cured one of two ways: dry or wet. It can be bought as both rashers…

  • 1 small pack of coriander, trimmed but with stalks
  • ½ tsp nigella seeds
  • chilli flakes

  1. Gently heat your chapatis in the oven or microwave until warm and soft. Cover half of each chapati with 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt and 1 teaspoon of mango chutney. Lay the bacon on top, followed by a few stalks of coriander. Sprinkle over the nigella seeds, dividing them evenly between the 4 wraps, and finish with a sprinkling of chilli flakes to taste. Fold the other half over the top, then fold again into a chunky triangle to serve.

These chapatis were pretty filling for the size. Making them was a snap. The flavour combo of the yoghurt and chutney was tasty, too. We subbed sesame seeds for the nigella seeds and couldn't notice a difference.
