This is a lovely lunch time idea- I used fresh from a bakery granary roll and wholeearth's sugar free peanut butter (I don't think that peanut butter with or sugar would work as well) I think that grated apple works so much better in this but you will need to give it a light squeeze before adding it…

I love this, now whenever I fancy a peanut butter samwich I stick an apple in there aswell to up the nutritional value!
