Where’s my binder?
We’ve renamed the binder My Good Food and made it easier to search and organise.
If you’re on a desktop device you can find the sign in button in the top right hand corner.
If you're on a mobile device, either click onto the person symbol to the right of the logo or tap on the hamburger menu, the top link just below our logo.
How do I log in?
You can now log in using your username or the email address you've registered with, alongside your password. Please note your username will now feature alongside any comments you make not your old binder name. If you would like to amend your username you can do so at any time in the Account Settings section found within My Good Food.
Not all of my recipes are there!
All accounts have been carried across to the new website and all of your recipes should be there. Unfortunately, there may be a short delay for the new site to catch up with the old, especially for recipes you may have only saved recently. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this causes but please bear with us. All your recipes should be in synch with the old site within 48 hours so please get in touch at email@example.com if you’re still experiencing issues.
I can’t see my binder on mobile or tablet
The My Good Food binder is accessed by tapping on the person with a chef's hat next to the logo; or via the hamburger menu, where you can then click on your username. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you’re experiencing issues.
I can’t find the search filters
The search filters have been moved from the right of the search page to the left hand side. We’ve displayed the most popular search filters at the top with all the others available if you click the ‘See all filters button’.
I’m having trouble logging in
All binder accounts have been carried across to the new website and your log in details will be the same. If you experience any issues logging in with your old details please contact us at email@example.com with details of the device you are using to log in from and we will do our best to help.
