Taste team comment

'These tortillas were deliciously light and crispy and they kept warm well. This sort of recipe is great for teenagers when they have to fend for themselves - an easy, simple choice.'

This hits your taste buds all over, very nice with mature cheddar. The jalapenos give it a kick.

This is a great recipe for a quick snack, especially for my teenage son who loves it. As an experiment, I tried a scrambled egg filling mixed with chopped fried pancetta and cheddar between the tortillas, and it was a huge success.
