Tasty ginger biscuits that are easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 125g Unsalted Butter
  • 100g Dark muscovado sugar
  • 4 tbsp golden syrup
  • 355g plain flour
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.

  2. Melt butter, sugar and syrup

  3. Sieve in dry ingredients

  4. Cut the dough into 5mm shapes

  5. Cook for 9-10 minutes

  6. Store in airtight container for up to two weeks
