a spicy fajiita dish with spicy chicken lettuce and onions great for snacking

  • 60g of grated cheddar cheese (or any cheese)
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 an onion or 1/4
  • pureed tomato 1/2 a can
  • 1/4 of a carrot
  • 2 enchiladas
  • 150g of chicken
  • pans
  • pots
  • knives/spoons
  • wooden spoon
  • bowl
  • chopping board
  • scales


    1. cook the chicken and the onions in a frying pan until thoroughly cooked
    2. add half of the tomato puree and half the cheese with the chicken and onions
    3. heat the enchiladas
    4. fill the middle of the enchiladas with the chicken and the other ingredients place the enchiladas split side down
    5. put the rest of the tomato puree on top and the cheese on top
    6. cook for 10 minutes until the cheese is brown and bubbling then enjoy
