Ingredients
- 60g of grated cheddar cheese (or any cheese)
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1/2 an onion or 1/4
- pureed tomato 1/2 a can
- 1/4 of a carrot
- 2 enchiladas
- 150g of chicken
- pans
- pots
- knives/spoons
- wooden spoon
- bowl
- chopping board

Method
- STEP 1cook the chicken and the onions in a frying pan until thoroughly cooked
- STEP 2add half of the tomato puree and half the cheese with the chicken and onions
- STEP 3heat the enchiladas
- STEP 4fill the middle of the enchiladas with the chicken and the other ingredients place the enchiladas split side down
- STEP 5put the rest of the tomato puree on top and the cheese on top
- STEP 6cook for 10 minutes until the cheese is brown and bubbling then enjoy
