Ingredients

  • 120g/4oz Cheddar/Parmesan Cheese mix - grated
  • 1 clove Garlic - finely chopped
  • ½ Onion - finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato - finely chopped
  • 30g/1oz cooked Ham - shredded
  • Knob Butter
  • 1½tbsp medley of fresh Herbs - Oregano/Basil/Thyme Leaves - finely chopped
  • 2 slices Ciabatta/Chapata Bread

Filling

  • 120g/4oz Cheddar/Parmesan Cheese mix - grated
  • 1 clove Garlic - finely chopped
  • ½ Onion - finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato - finely chopped
  • 30g/1oz cooked Ham - shredded
  • Knob Butter
  • 1½tbsp medley of fresh Herbs - Oregano/Basil/Thyme Leaves - finely chopped
  • 2 slices Ciabatta/Chapata Bread
  • Cheese
  • Onion
  • Tomato

Method

  • STEP 1
    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl;
  • STEP 2
    Toast bread on both sides;
  • STEP 3
    Spread cheese mixture on toasted slices, making sure toast is completely covered;
  • STEP 4
    Place under grill until cheese bubbles and browns slightly;
  • STEP 5
    Serve
