- 2 medium potatoes
- Appr 200 frozen cauliflower
- Appr 100 frozen veggie mix
Sauce
- 2 medium potatoes

- 2 eggs
- 300 ml milk
Method
- STEP 1Peel the potatoes and slice them in thin slices. Then boil the potatoes in hot salted water for 10 minutes. Add the frozen cauliflower and other vegietables and boil for 10 more minutes.
- STEP 2Meanwhile whisj the eggs with the milk in a bowl. Put olivi oil in a baking tray. Pour all the vegietables. Pour the grated cheese evenly on them. Pour the egg-milk mixture on top.
- STEP 3Heat the oven to 200 g C with fan and bake for 20 mins. Enjoy!
