- black and white sesame seeds
Marinade
- 2 salmon fillets
- black and white sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons white miso paste (can use miso soup paste packets instead)
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil

Combine the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the salmon in this for at least half an hour.step 2
Pan-fry the salmon.step 3
Serve with the remaining marinade as sauce, and with rice.
