Gujarati Prawn Curry

Ingredients
- 250g of Kings Prawns
- 1 Bipins Marchi Masala fresh herb and spice (from www.curryfusion.net)
- 100ml of coconut milk (alternatively use 2 tbsp of single cream)
- 1 sliced green bell pepper
- 1 tbps of chopped coriander
Method
- STEP 1Gently fry the machi masala in 1 tbsp of sun flower oil under low heat for 3 minutes to release the flavours and aroma. Drop in the prawns and cook for 5 minutes until pink and fold in the coconut milk, cook for further 3 minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve with basmati
