Method

  • step 1

    Add the contents of the methi masala pot to the chicken and mix thoroughly
  • step 2

    Cook in an oven at 190C for 30 minutes, foil covered backing tray to retain moistures
  • step 3

    remove foil and cook for a further 5 minutes to reduce the liquids and crisp the surfaces
  • step 4

    Garnish with coriander and give a good squeeze of lemon
